Our story

Built on a simple idea: institutional buyers deserve institutional service.

The Indian staples export market has hundreds of suppliers and thousands of varieties. What it has fewer of is suppliers who think like procurement managers. Green India Corporation was founded to close that gap. We are a multi-category staples exporter built for trade buyers, not for retail consumers.

Our customers are importers in the United Kingdom, Netherlands, France, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Ireland, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kenya, Tanzania, and beyond. They are distributors who supply retail chains, HoReCa operators, institutional kitchens, and private label brands. They share three things in common: they need 25 MT or more per shipment, they need documentation that does not slow down their port clearance, and they need a supplier who responds to a quote request within 24 hours.

That is what we built. Every container leaves our mills with a phytosanitary certificate and a full export documentation pack, with quality and residue testing arranged on request. Every quote PDF arrives within 24 hours of enquiry. Every spec is defensible from a primary source. This is the standard we operate to, container after container.

    Green India Corporation incorporated. First milling partnerships secured across Punjab, Haryana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, and Tamil Nadu.

  2. 2020

    First containers to GCC and East Africa

    Importer Exporter Code (IEC) issued by DGFT. GST registration completed. First export consignments dispatched.

  3. 2021

    Central FSSAI licence and process standardisation

    FSSAI Central licence obtained. Standardised milling, packing, and documentation processes. Repeat buyer relationships established.

  4. 2022

    Multi-category expansion

    Pulses, whole grains, and spices added to the product line. First combined-category shipment to a UK distributor: 6 containers, 4 product categories, single BL.

  5. 2023

    Retail private label expansion

    First retail private label programme launched. Custom-packed, buyer-branded shipments introduced.

  6. 2024

    EU buyer pool expansion

    Buyer base expanded across Europe and the GCC. Multi-category shipments (rice, pulses, spices) introduced.

  7. 2026

    Europe-led growth

    Dedicated EU and UK buyer programme launched with a 24-hour quote SLA and per-container compliance documentation. Multi-port dispatch from Mundra, Pipavav, Nhava Sheva, and Kolkata.
