An Indian staples export business built around compliance, specification, and partnership.
We supply rice, pulses, whole grains, spices, and oilseeds to importers, distributors, and retail private label buyers across 22 countries. Every container ships with the documentation a buyer can hand straight to their port officer.
Built on a simple idea: institutional buyers deserve institutional service.
The Indian staples export market has hundreds of suppliers and thousands of varieties. What it has fewer of is suppliers who think like procurement managers. Green India Corporation was founded to close that gap. We are a multi-category staples exporter built for trade buyers, not for retail consumers.
Our customers are importers in the United Kingdom, Netherlands, France, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Ireland, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kenya, Tanzania, and beyond. They are distributors who supply retail chains, HoReCa operators, institutional kitchens, and private label brands. They share three things in common: they need 25 MT or more per shipment, they need documentation that does not slow down their port clearance, and they need a supplier who responds to a quote request within 24 hours.
That is what we built. Every container leaves our mills with a phytosanitary certificate and a full export documentation pack, with quality and residue testing arranged on request. Every quote PDF arrives within 24 hours of enquiry. Every spec is defensible from a primary source. This is the standard we operate to, container after container.
Four values, applied per shipment
Quality, defensible from source
Every claim on a spec sheet is testable. Every variety is traceable to the milling lot. Every lab report is on the BL, not in an attachment we forgot to send. Quality is not a promise; it is a paper trail.
Compliance as a deliverable
Each export market has its own food-safety and documentation framework. We prepare the paperwork each destination requires, treating compliance as part of the product. The result: fewer port holds, faster clearance, repeat buyers.
Partnership over transactions
Our top buyers are with us for three years or more. That happens because we treat their growth as ours. Custom packaging at zero markup. Private label support without locking exclusivity. Slow-month flexibility on volume.
Operational discipline
24-hour quote SLA. 18 to 25 day lead time from confirmed PI to BL. Sample dispatched within 48 hours of ask. Documentation accuracy of 99.4 percent. These are not aspirations; they are SOPs.
