Residue and quality testing is coordinated through accredited laboratories per the importing country's requirements, and reports are provided on request. If a buyer's port runs an additional test and finds an exceedance, we accept return at our cost.

For new buyers: 30% TT advance, 70% against scan of BL. For repeat buyers (3+ containers): LC at sight or LC 30 days against documents. CAD available for trusted long-term partners. We do not offer open credit on first orders.

Standard lead time is 18 to 25 days from confirmed PI. Custom packaging (BOPP, vacuum, branded retail) adds 7 to 12 days for plate setup. Jute and PP packaging is stock-ready. Lead time on the quote PDF is binding once advance is received.

Every container is sampled at loading and the retained sample is held for 6 months. If the buyer raises a claim, we cross-test the retained sample at an independent lab the buyer chooses. Claims found valid are settled by replacement container or credit note, per the terms in the PI.

Yes. Standard list (Felixstowe, Rotterdam, Antwerp, Genoa, Hamburg, Le Havre, Barcelona, Jebel Ali, Dammam) is for fastest quote turnaround. For other ports, add 12 hours to the quote SLA so we can validate freight and clearing partner availability.
